Consultation and design

We would be happy to discuss your requirements and wishes with you without obligation. If necessary, we will also visit the location to understand the situation better. Once everything is clear to both you and us, we provide our advice along with a proposal, and if needed, drawings and/or reports. All proposals are custom-made to the client's needs and situation.

Installation and implementation

Once you agree with the proposal, we schedule the installation. Our team of professional technicians ensures the expert installation of the necessary equipment. We pre-install any required software so that you have a fully operational environment once we are done. Training, instructions, etc., for both software and hardware, are also standardly available.

Support and maintenance

Technology can sometimes fail or you may have questions. We are always ready to assist you whenever needed. Many of our clients choose to enter into an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with us, ensuring support within one working day, annual maintenance, and regular software and firmware updates.
