Bring Your Own Meeting

Wanneer men werkt met eigen laptops kiest u voor een BYOM-oplossing. Men kan hier simpel en snel, draadloos of bedraad een device aansluiten op de installatie waarna het beeld, camera, microfoon en speakers hierdoor worden overgenomen met een professionele meeting als gevolg. De installatie werkt met vrijwel ieder device en platform, zo kunt u zorgeloos vergaderen met onder andere MS Teams, Zoom of Google Meet via uw eigen laptop, tablet of telefoon.

Bedraad

U kunt ervoor kiezen bedraad met de installatie te verbinden om gebruik te maken van de apparatuur. Bedraad hoeft echter niet rommelig te zijn! Kies voor inprikpunten in, op of onder tafel om loshangende bekabeling te voorkomen. Deze inprikpunten zijn te voorzien van gewenste aansluitingen zoals stopcontacten, USB- of UTP-poorten.

Draadloos

Wilt u liever flexibel en met één klik verbinden met de complete installatie? Dat kan uiteraard ook. Verbindt eenvoudig draadloos met het beeldscherm, camera, microfoon en speakers in de ruimte vanaf uw eigen laptop zonder te knoeien met kabels. Maak samenwerken eenvoudiger en sneller. Behoudt te allen tijde rust en overzicht in uw vergaderruimte.

Dedicated Room

Het grote voordeel van een Dedicated Room is dat deze ruimte altijd direct voor u klaar staat. In tegenstelling tot een BYOM oplossing heeft u voor deze manier van online vergaderen geen eigen laptop nodig en hoeft u ook niets mee te nemen, in te stellen of aan te sluiten. Via het aanwezige touchpaneel bedient u eenvoudig de aanwezige apparatuur en kunt u gemakkelijk en snel beginnen met uw online meeting. Deze manier van vergaderen neemt de laatste drempels weg voor eindgebruikers die nóg sneller en gemakkelijker online willen vergaderen.

Combinatie

Wenst u een Dedicated Room, maar toch met de flexibiliteit van een BYOM oplossing? Kies dan voor een combinatie van deze 2, zo heeft u de voordelen van beide. Het systeem stellen we standaard als Dedicated Room in, maar wanneer u met een eigen device draadloos of bedraad verbindt zal de installatie automatisch schakelen naar BYOM.

Wired

You can choose to connect to the setup via a wired connection to use the equipment. Wired connections don’t have to be messy! Opt for plug-in points in, on, or under the table to avoid loose cables. Microsoft Teams Rooms
